Costume Folio- Wierd Sister

A take on the Wierd Sisters from Shakespeare's MacBeth. I took design liberties with the setting.

My idea was that MacBeth would be set in Northern Britain about the time that Christianity was taking firm hold in Rome. The Sisters would be traditional Druidesses, now powerless and terrifying to the Romani-Christian MacBeth.
So using research of Celtic religious practices and dress, I came up with this. (Admit it, 3 of those things coming towards you would freak the crap out of you). Breakdown: Skull and fur headdress (with red ribbons for victory), white gown (traditional), various gold jewelry, fur overtunic, ghilles (shoes), fur leggings, and a cloak. Also note the woading.
